Tasting notes
Winemaker’s notes: Lively, brilliant yellow color with green reflections. The bouquet is intense and complex, offering exotic fruit and floral aromas with fine oak hints. On the palate the attack is fat and full, and the acidity is totally integrated, which gives an aromatic power to the wine.
Food pairing: Fish dishes, white meat or fine cheeses.
