Tasting notes

Winemaker’s notes: Straw-yellow color. Rich flowery scent with aromatic notes. On the palate it is dry and mellow, with an intense, lively and persisting taste.
Food pairing: As an aperitif or with grilled fish and white meat.

Additional information

Production: 1.9 kg grapes per vine, harvested a few weeks later, in September, when they contain over 216 g/l of sugar. Matured for 3-4 months in stainless steel tanks; Arvali shows higher complexity and elegance than the average Vermentinos from the Italian island of Sardinia.
