Tasting notes
Winemaker’s notes: Citric color, with aromas of tropical fruits, flowers and some mineral character. On the palate it is fresh and sharp, with an attractive natural acidity.
Food pairing: Wild asparagus, salmon, or Asiatic dishes.
Additional information
After fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wine stays over a layer of yeast dregs for a few months, before being bottled.
Cellaring: 2-3 years.
