Tasting notes

Winemaker’s notes: Bright yellow straw color with a lime green iridescence. Great complexity of aromas such as passion fruit, mango, lime skin, white flowers, fennel and lavender, combined with hints of vanilla, pastries and honey. On the palate it is fresh with a light acidity that denotes a developed herbaceous and citric sensation.

Additional information

The long nose brings out the tropical fruitiness and the harmony of the short barrel aging (3 months in oak) which, in turn, provides the wine enough body to develop further in the bottle during the years following the harvest. Blended with a small proportion of Chardonnay and Macabeo, this oak-aged Sauvignon Blanc is pleasantly unique, and it is ready to handle stronger food flavors.

Only around 14.000 bottles are produced annually.
