Winemaker’s notes: Bright, lemon green color. Intense fruity aromas with tropical notes. On the palate it is soft, with well balanced flavors and a refreshing finish.
Food pairing: As an aperitif or with fish, salads, and seafood pastas.

60% Arinto, 40% Viognier.
Cellaring: Up to 2 years.
Arinto is a native Portuguese grape variety, planted namely in the Bucelas, Tejo and Vinho Verde regions. It can produce high acid wines with lemon notes, providing good structure in blends, and it is thereof commonly used in making sparkling wines, too.
