Tasting notes
Winemaker’s notes: Deep straw-yellow color with golden tinges. Delicate and sweet scent. On the palate it is full, with a rich taste and a pleasant fruity feel.
Food pairing: Rich fish and meats, grilled eels, and medium mature cheese.
Additional information
Production: 75% Vermentino (1.5 kg grapes per vine),
25% Nasco (1.0 kg grapes per vine).
Aging 6 months in small oak casks, and 2 months in bottle.
