Tasting notes

Winemaker’s notes: Pale, golden yellow color with green tones. Steady stream of pin-point bubbles. Great aromatic complexity of mature citrus fruits, plum, floral notes, smokiness and honeyed touches. On the palate it is viscous, light and pleasant with a fine balance between acidity and sugar. The aromas are brought out in a lingering finish.

Additional information

70% Macabeo, 30% Chardonnay, aging 3 months in new French oak casks. Time in bottle: 20 months on its lees.
