Cava Brut Nature ‘Reserva’

Tasting notes

Pale golden color with tints of green. Great aromatic complexity of mature fruits, citrus, plum, white flowers, smokiness and honeyed touches. On the palate it is dry, viscous, but fresh and pleasant with a fine balance of acidity. The aromas are brought out in a lingering finish.

Aging: 3 months in new French oak casks.
Time in bottle: 22 months on its lees.
