Tasting notes

A golden color in which the delicate fizz is fully integrated in the wine. Great aromatic complexity, balsamic and smooth with a sense of ripe fruits and toasted oak. On the palate it is well structured and persistent, dry and pleasantly mature.

Coupage: Different vintages from the same vineyard.
Aging: 6 months in new oak casks (60% fine grained French oak and 40% American oak).
Time in bottle: 36 months on its lees.
