Tasting notes

Winemaker’s notes: Vivid red color with violet reflections. Intense, fresh aromas of berries (strawberries). On the palate the taste is powerful yet refreshing and balanced, with an inviting feeling of sweetness. Notes of fresh red fruit keep repeating in the aftertaste.

Additional information

The Merlot grapes for this young rosé have been manually harvested in September 2010.
As a part of Vinya Janine’s sustainable wine-making philosophy (the producer is registered in Catalonia’s “Integrated Production” farming system), their wines are already elaborated without any additives (except the standard sulphites to prevent oxidation), and in the near future there will be a range of completely Bio/Ecological wines.
