Tasting notes

Winemaker’s notes: Dark red color with a clean surface, while the copper rim confirms the wine’s age. Intense aromas of very mature red fruits and plum developing into a spicy and persistent aftertaste, with unmistakable and harmoniously balanced flavors from the oak barrels. The tannins are elegant and smooth (almost sweet), which makes the wine easy to drink despite its big, round body. The complexity and structure suggest the personality of this Reserva could still be in evolution.

60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot aging 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
