Tasting notes
Winemaker’s notes: Lively, dark color with violet reflections. A “modern” wine offering intense aromas of ripe red fruit mixed with fresh strawberry, cherry and raspberry tones and a hint of toast. There is also subtle vanilla in the back end. In the mouth it is dense with a velvety texture and a creamy sensation in the mid-palate. The fruit flavors are in the sweet spot of maturity, while the slight bitterness through its tannins give the wine a more serious aftertaste.

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, aging 12 months in French and American oak barrels. PEI is elaborated and certified under “Integrated Production”, which in this case refers to a sustainable viticulture system that uses natural resources and regulating mechanisms to replace polluting inputs. Biological, technical and chemical methods are balanced carefully taking into account the protection of the environment, profitability and social requirements. Thus, IP represents the halfway point between fully organic (Bio/Ecological) and traditional agriculture.
