Tasting notes

Winemaker’s notes: Garnet color, with aromas of mature fruit, violets and a hint of chocolate. Velvety tannins on the palate, with an exquisite balance of acidity. This wine is well rounded yet fresh. The solid and powerful structure gives it persistence, elegance and a pleasant aftertaste.
Food pairing: Soft cheese, pasta alla panna, and moules with cream sauce.

Additional information

Aging 12 months in new French oak barrels.
