Tasting notes

Winemaker’s notes: Garnet color, with aromas of ripe red fruit (mulberry, raspberry), harmoniously mixed with hints of spices and vanilla. On the palate it is round with firm tannins, unctuous but at the same time fresh. The wine has a good structure and a well balanced acidity.
Food pairing: Medium sheep cheese, dry codfish with olive oil and garlic, roast beef.

Additional information

Aging 8 months in French and American oak barrels.
