Winemaker’s notes: Complex and attractive flavors of plum compotes, with a pinch of spices and chocolate. Solid tannins on the palate, but with a soft, long and defying persistence. This wine has an exquisite personality influenced by the characteristic soil possessing an unmistakable “Terroir”.

Aging 12 months in new French oak casks.
