Tasting notes

Winemaker’s notes: Garnet red color. Aromas of ripe black fruit with floral notes of violets, combined with some spices and hints of chocolate. On the palate it is full-bodied, with excellent structure and balance, showing smooth tannins. Very elegant and persistent finish.
Food pairing: Red meat, game pie, and soft cheeses.

Additional information

Aging: 12 months in new French oak barrels.
Cellararing: Up to 10 years.
Only around 3700 bottles are produced annually.
