Tasting notes
Winemaker’s notes: Deep ruby red color with garnet nuances. Intense scent of ripe fruits with spicy notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and round, with elegant, well-structured tannins. A very rich and harmonious wine.
Food pairing: Roasted red meat, game, and mature and tangy cheeses. Meditation / sipping wine!
Additional information
50% Cannonau, 30% Carignano, 20% Bovale, 1.2 kg grapes per vine, aging 18 months in oak casks.
