Winemaker’s notes: Full-bodied wine with deep and intense color. Complex bouquet of mature fruits, with hints of spice, tobacco and chocolate. Good tannic structure and a long, persistent finish.
Food pairing: Stewed Partridge, roasted lamb with thyme, and game pie.

Additional information

Aging 18 months in French oak barrels.
