Tasting notes

Winemaker’s notes: Intense cherry color with a violet rim, leaving luscious tears on the side of the glass. Great aromatic complexity, of spices (cinnamon, clove, vanilla), dried fruit, and jammy notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and round, with integrated tannins contributing to a slight astringency, and a long persistent finish with a lingering sense of toast.

Aging 14 months in French, Hungarian and American oak casks.
