Tasting notes

Winemaker’s notes: Cherry color with hints of violet. Very aromatic, predominated by mature red fruits and spices (vanilla, clove, cinnamon) from the casks. On the palate it is intense and silky, with good acidity. The aftertaste is long and fruity, with a lingering sense of smoke and toast.
Food pairing: Various “embutidos”, i.e. cured and spiced (pork) sausages.

Additional information

Aging 4 months in French, Hungarian and American oak casks of which 50% are new and 50% second use.
