Ice Wine ‘D Dulce’

Tasting notes

Pale yellow color with greenish tones, leaving clear, bright and thick tears on the side of the glass. Intense nose of fresh citrus aromas, tropical fruit notes, and honeyed touches (as in peaches and apricot compote), combined with mature aromas of white flowers. On the palate it is fresh, with a well integrated acidity and sweetness. Long finish, with fruits (peach, plum, pear) appearing in the aftertaste.

Additional information

The grapes are harvested in the coldest nights and then put into store for 15 days at minus 20℃, after which they are pressed frozen.
